3 clamp styles three styles to choose from

We at Quick Machinery Company are pleased to offer to our customers three different styles of clamps. You should choose your clamp style in accord with the kind of production that you'll be doing.

standard long-screw clamp

standard long-screw style

Our Standard Long-Screw Style Clamp has a long, continuous 20mm diameter screw. This design provides the ultimate in simplicity, strength and durability.

The rear jaw on the Long-Screw clamp is always adjusted with the Hydraulic or Pneumatic Clamp Tightener.

The entire length of the screw is utilized when clamping material of different widths, hence maximizing the working life of the screw. In addition, this clamp's rear jaw has no moving parts that might otherwise wear, fall out or break.

quick-release rocker style clamp quick release rocker style

Our Quick-Release Rocker Style Clamp has a rear jaw that can be moved quickly by hand, from front to rear. This design minimizes set-up times for production runs with frequently-changing panel widths. Rather than running the Clamp Tightener for an extended period of time to span, say, six inches or more, the rear jaw can be quickly slid front and back by hand.

The rear jaw on the Quick-Release Rocker Style clamp is quickly adjusted by rocking the jaw forward, sliding the jaw to the desired position, then rocking it backward to re-engage it into the clamp's drawbar.

Because our Quick-Release Rocker Style clamp has a minimum of moving parts, it is our simplest and most durable quick-release clamp.

quick-release latch style clamp

Like our Quick-Release Rocker Style Clamp, our Quick-Release Latch Style Clamp has a rear jaw that can be moved quickly by hand, from front to rear. Again, this design minimizes set-up times for production runs with frequently-changing panel widths

The rear jaw on the Quick-Release Latch Style Clamp is quickly adjusted by pressing its latch, sliding the jaw to the desired position, then releasing the latch to re-engage it into the clamp's drawbar.

Because our Quick-Release Latch Style Clamp has a number of small moving parts that in time can wear, fall out or break (as is true with all latch-style clamps), we recommended it mostly for lighter-duty applications.
